TAF has developed its production and management procedures based on ISO 9001:2000 Standards.

TAF understands and establishes Management systems based on processes, which provides the possibility of continuously defining and establishing each one of the objectives for each process.

Human factors and team work are understood as essential elements.

All the factors that affect a given process are included in the said process and all factors are assessed with a view to favouring the motivation and involvement of all parties involved.

For all its processes TAF defines:

The indicators that assess and establish process development.

Specific and defined human resources available to undertake the process.

How the process is to be undertaken based on methods, procedures, instructions, meetings, work groups....

How much the process develops based on performance and satisfaction.

This way of working enables us to continuously improve based on information feedbacks and customer satisfaction. Thus, with the assessment and co-operation of our customers we can add value to the products we jointly develop for them so that they may occupy a preferential position in their markets.
